1 - Select Thoroughbred or Harness to see the track listings.
Select the track you wish to wager from the drop down menu.

2 - Select the race number you wish to wager.
Phonebet.com will always post the most current race for the selected track.
Minutes to post will be displayed in the bar to the left of the 3

3 - Select your bet type; WPS, EXA, TRI etc.…

4 - Click the downward arrow next to the "Bet Amnt" window at the bottom middle of the Betting Window.
A Bet Amount window will now pop up to the left hand side of the Betting window.

5 - You have 2 options for selecting bet amounts.
The Presets are the most commonly used amounts and can be selected by simply clicking the button for the amount you would like.

6 - A custom bet amount can also be entered by first clicking the custom tab of the amount window and then entering your custom amount.
You can enter your Custom Amount by either clicking the buttons on the keypad with your mouse or using the numbers on your computer keypad. Once you have selected the custom amount, be sure to click on the "Enter" button so that your amount will be accepted.

7 - Select your horse or runners.
To place exotic wagers like an EXACTA, select the horse you want to come in first under the FIRST column and the horse you want second under the SECOND column. To BOX a wager, click the button titled BOXED.

8 - Your wager detail will show up on your Betting Ticket.
You can change bets on the betting ticket by clicking on the bet and then clicking on the CLEAR BETS button.
Bets shown in red can be changed simply by deselecting the horse(s) or click on the NEXT BET button, the bet turns black and you can highlight the bet and use the CLEAR BETS button.

9 - You must confirm your wagers and click on Submit Bets before your wagers are placed with the Tote system and your account is debited.
Click the button titled SUBMIT BETS to enter your wagers. You will go to a history screen which details your bets.

10 - To return to wagering, select 'Betting' at the top of your window.
