How to Enroll
Any guest can participate in Player Rewards simply by enrolling.
Once your application has been processed, you will begin to earn
points whenever you use your Player Rewards card or Phonebet account.
Information pertaining to your account is confidential and is not
available to any source outside of Philadelphia Park. Player Rewards
accounts are issued to individuals only and may not be transferred
or shared.
There are two easy ways to enroll:
1. Online - Fill Out This Form
ATTENTION: This is not a casino Players Club card!
This card is for horse racing and wagering only. You must come to the
casino to receive a Players Club card.
2. Apply In Person - At any Philadelphia Park Facility-Applications are
available at Philadelphia Park Racetrack and our six area Turf Clubs.
Stop by Guests Services or ask a manager to process your application
to receive your Player Rewards card and start earning points today.
